With over 30 years of international experience in hospitality procurement, Sebastien is a leader who brings a blend of global perspective, operational excellence, and visionary thinking. Graduated of Hospitality institutions in Paris, and Procurement in London, Sebastien has earned an MBA in Business Management from FGV in Sao Paulo Sebastien has built a career defined by impact and innovation across five continents. With a journey with Accor that began in London in 1997, as a Category Leader before taking on the challenge of establishing procurement frameworks across multiple European countries including Portugal, Switzerland, Poland etc. From 2002 to 2005, he brought his expertise to the United States, followed by a strategic two-year role harmonizing procurement between Accor and Club Med. Since 2007, he has led procurement across key regions of the group, including a transformative 7-year tenure in São Paulo shaping South America's supply chain strategy, 3 years in Paris leading the global procurement team, and 2 years in Toronto where he oversaw the integration of luxury group Fairmont Raffle into Accor. Since 2017, Sebastien has been based in Singapore, heading procurement for the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific regions—one of the most dynamic and diverse markets in the industry. A true global citizen with a passion for developing people, Sebastien is deeply committed to advancing procurement through digital innovation, sustainability, and agile operating models.
