MAIN CONFERENCE DAY 2 – 20 October 2026, Tuesday

4:10 PM Fireside Chat: How do you design a contingent workforce governance model that keeps pace with Asia's rapidly shifting regulatory landscape to protect your organisation from compliance risk while maintaining programme agility and speed?

• How do you build a contingent workforce governance model that keeps up with Asia's constantly evolving worker classification laws, employer of record regulations and SOW compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions?

• How do you balance the need for regulatory compliance and risk mitigation with the speed and flexibility that your business demands from its contingent workforce programme?
• What role should procurement play in owning and driving contingent workforce governance — and how do you get buy-in from legal, HR and finance to make that happen?
• How do you future-proof your governance model so it can adapt quickly when regulations shift, without having to rebuild your programme from the ground up every time?

Check out the incredible speaker line-up to see who will be joining Sameen.
