Leanne is an experienced procurement leader with nearly two decades of experience across FMCG, retail, real estate, and semiconductor industries. Currently based in Singapore, she leads procurement performance, sustainability, and strategic initiatives across APAC at Danone, partnering with teams across markets to strengthen business value, governance, and decision-making. Throughout her career, Leanne has held local, regional, and global procurement roles across category management, procurement excellence, and operating model design, with a particular interest in helping procurement move beyond transactional delivery by using data, technology, and cross-functional collaboration to solve business challenges and create sustainable value. Having worked across Asia, Africa, Middle East and global procurement organizations, Leanne brings a practical perspective shaped by both category and transformation roles. She believes that the most successful procurement teams are those that balance commercial outcomes with resilience, simplicity, and strong business partnerships. Today, her focus is on enabling procurement organizations to become more agile, data-driven, and future-ready.
