MAIN CONFERENCE DAY 1 – 19 October 2026, Monday

11:30 AM Talent Intelligence Showcase: Getting work done: How to orchestrate workforce decisions with AI

In Asia, workforce decisions are becoming increasingly complex. Leaders must navigate emerging technology, multiple workforce channels, diverse markets and evolving regulations whilst facing growing pressure to deliver productivity gains with finite resources. This session explores how leading organisations are leveraging new AI capabilities to facilitate workforce orchestration that leads to smarter decisions earlier in the planning process.

  • Apply AI and workforce intelligence at the earliest stages of planning to determine the right way to get work done
  • Have a solution to the question 'What if the manager's request and the business need are not the same thing?'
  • Use workforce orchestration to connect talent, services procurement and broader workforce channels
  • Bridge the gap between technology innovation and practical adoption, ensuring AI investments translate into tangible value
