Jerry has 20+ years of procurement and supply chain career that spans across fast moving consumer goods to health care sectors, holistic coverage from front-end business strategy and operations to back-end procurement process and capability, with rich cultural/living experience across Asia. He is currently Head of Procurement and Logistics for BD Greater Asia, executive member of global functional leadership team and regional business operations committee, leading the organization for strategy development, implementation and its sustainability of the $1bn spend partnering with 30+ procurement associates. Previously, Jerry was the Purchasing Director of P&G's Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa Region based in Seoul, South Korea for 4 years and Singapore for 13 years. He had extensive leadership experiences in Operations across supply chain, Purchasing & Procurement Strategy development and execution, Strategic Business Partnership, Balancing Cost & Services, Leadership Capability & Talent Developments. He was also the corporate trainer for all procurement skills including negotiation, relationship management as well as other leadership skills such as situational leadership and effective communication.
