Ekaterina Naumova is an HR leader at cybersecurity company Kaspersky with nearly 13 years of experience, based in Singapore. She currently serves as Head of HR Asia Pacific, where she partners with the regional management team as an advisor on business strategy and its implementation.Her expertise spans the full spectrum of human resources, including employee relations, talent development, performance management, and organizational development. She has deep experience in labour law, having helped establish HR policies and compliance frameworks for Kaspersky's APAC region. Ekaterina is also skilled in large-scale HR program design, with a track record of advising senior management on complex, cross-functional people issues across diverse APAC markets.She holds a Master's degree in International Economics from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) and studied Psychology at Lomonosov Moscow State University.
Eight simultaneous roundtables, each dedicated to a distinct stage of the talent lifecycle, will take place in a single
40-minute discussion round. Attendees will choose one roundtable topic to join, providing an interactive forum to exchange ideas, share experiences, and discuss practical strategies with peers facing similar workforce and talent challenges.
Each discussion is intentionally framed to examine where traditional HR practices fall short within procurement contexts, and to explore how these approaches can be redesigned to better drive procurement value, capability, and long-term retention.
At the close of the session, each roundtable leader will share key takeaways from their discussions with the wider group.
