At Maxis, he oversaw performance management, organisational development, learning (Maxis Academy), and broader people & organisational transformation initiatives. He also served as a Board Director at Little Giantz, an award-winning animation company that amassed over a billion views globally and won several international accolades. Monir is particularly strong in operating where people, technology and business intersect.
